All students under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents must provide accurate information during registration, including:
Child’s full name and age
Emergency contact information
Any relevant educational or behavioural needs
Students are placed in classes based on age, skill level, and group availability.
Queencoder may adjust class placement when beneficial for the child’s learning.
All classes are free for now
Students must follow the Queencoder Code of Conduct.
We reserve the right to remove students from a session if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
Missed classes are not refundable. When possible, we may offer:
Make-up materials
A short catch-up session
Another available class slot
We are committed to creating a safe digital environment for children.
Parents agree to ensure:
A quiet, supervised space for online lessons
Proper use of Zoom/Google Meet links
No sharing of class links publicly
Students may turn their cameras on or off.
Microphones should be muted unless asked to speak.
Parents must ensure their child:
Has access to stable internet
Has a working device suitable for online learning
Attends classes on time
Students must:
Participate respectfully
Follow teacher's instructions
Use devices responsibly
Complete assignments when given
Parents may cancel enrolment at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
If a class is cancelled by Queencoder:
We will offer a replacement session
Or a refund/credit for that class
All class materials, including worksheets, slides, videos, projects, and curriculum the property of Queencoder Tech School and may not be:
Reproduced
Shared publicly
Sold
Used for teaching elsewhere
Students may use materials for personal learning only.
We follow UK GDPR guidelines.
We collect only the necessary information for class management:
Names
Age
Parent contact details
Class attendance
Progress data
Data is stored securely using:
Google Forms
Google Drive
Secure school administration tools
We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Internet or device issues on the parent’s side
Misuse of class materials
Accidental deletion of files or projects
Outcomes dependent on student participation
