Protecting students from harm, bullying, or inappropriate content
Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the appropriate channels
Ensuring all teaching materials are safe, educational, and suitable for children
Treating all students equally regardless of age, gender, ability, or background
We take all safeguarding concerns seriously and act in the best interest of the child at all times.
To protect all students during online classes, we follow these guidelines:
Classes are delivered through safe and approved online platforms
No inappropriate or harmful content is shared
Students’ personal information is kept private
Cameras and microphones are used only when necessary
Chat messages and class interactions are monitored
No recording of classes is allowed without permission
Use a safe and quiet environment for learning
Do not share personal information such as address, school name, or phone number
Report anything that makes them uncomfortable
Supervise young children during online sessions
Ensure devices used are safe, secure, and child-friendly
To maintain a safe and productive learning environment, all students are expected to follow these rules:
Join classes on time
Use respectful language at all times
Keep microphones muted unless asked to speak
Participate actively and be kind to others
Follow the teacher’s instructions during coding/electronics tasks
No sharing of inappropriate content, links, or images
No bullying, teasing, or disruptive behaviour
Breaking these rules may lead to:
A warning
Temporary removal from the session
Parent notification
Removal from the program (in serious cases)
Parents play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting their child’s learning.
We encourage parents to:
Help children log in to classes
Ensure a safe workspace for their child
Encourage participation and focus
Communicate any concerns about their child
Review their child’s progress and completed work
Contact Queencoder if any safeguarding concerns arise
Parents are welcome to sit in sessions, especially for younger children (6–12 years).
