Our goal is to make our policies simple, fair, and transparent.

Parents may cancel a class or enrollment at any time.

• If cancellation happens before a class starts:
  A full refund or credit can be offered (for paid programs).

• If cancellation happens after classes start:
  Refunds are issued based on the number of sessions remaining.

• Missed classes:
  Missed classes are not refundable, but we may offer catch-up materials or an extra session when possible.

If Queencoder must cancel a class due to technical or scheduling issues:

• A replacement class will be offered

• OR a full refund/credit for that session will be provided

Students removed for severe rule violations are not eligible for refunds.

This ensures fairness to other students and maintains class safety.
